Class Policies & FAQ
Please be on time! Late arrivals can be disruptive to class. Students will not be admitted into class if arriving more than 15 minutes late, and will not be provided a refund.
Mask policy: Masks are not required by default, but may be required if requested by any instructor or student. Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance of the class, if you'd like it to be masks-required. Thank you!
Classes are AI-free zones. You can make art without generative AI tools! We believe strongly in this, and we believe in you! Everyone can make art with their own hands, and we don't want you to rob yourself of the opportunity to create on your own and to stretch and build your own creative muscles.
Scholarships are available! Please email [email protected] with what class(es) you are interested in and if you are looking for a full or partial scholarship. Please allow at least one week before class for us to process your request.

IF WE CANCEL:
Classes may be cancelled by Push/Pull in the case of:
You will be notified 24 hours prior to the class beginning (or ASAP in case of instructor cancellation). We can offer a transfer to the next class, a coupon code to be used on any of our upcoming classes, or a full refund to your original method of payment.
IF YOU CANCEL:
We can refund 80% of the ticket cost to your original method of payment up to 48 hours prior to the class’s start date. If preferred, we can also transfer you to the next class or provide a coupon code to be used on any of our upcoming classes. Material kits are nonrefundable.
With less than 48 hours prior to the class starting, we can either transfer your ticket to the next available class date, or provide a coupon code to be used on any of our upcoming classes. You must communicate your intent to cancel and whether you'd like a refund or transfer prior to class starting. Once the class has started, your ticket is not refundable or transferrable.

We are at 2000 NW Market St , on the corner of 20th Ave and Market St in Ballard.
For those driving, there are multiple paid parking lots nearby, including one directly behind the store, with ample space available most days.
The 44 bus line stops directly in front of the store, at the 20th Ave stop. The 40, 17, and Rapid D bus lines also stop nearby.
There is a bike rack directly in front of the store.
