So many summer experiments happening and the subscription box participants are receiving the best of what we've come up with. 
For this month's Sticky Caps, we've got Seaweed (lime green with a subtle granulating blue), Safety (bright orange that reminded us of traffic cones), Purple People Eater (a challenge color from a local artist to make a fluorescent purple with a granulating blue), Elderberry (we just love all the ways you can transform Quinacridone Violet), Tudor (the color inspired by the architectural style), Dandelion (a bright but also darker yellow that's more transparent than Yellow Ochre), and our Deluxe boxes got a no-name (yet!) color. We managed to get our hands on a stash of Quinacridone Burnt Orange and calmed it down a bit with some Venetian Red. Will these colors pass the test and make it to our autumn releases? We're trying out a new formula of inks and subscribers are the first to get them. So far they're performing well for us. We're especially getting good results with a glass dip pen, which can be tricky. So far we're testing a red, blue, yellow and teal. We aren't looking to replace our current line of inks, just expand what we offer. And these inks have the possibility of some properties that we haven't had yet.
