Despite a bit of drizzle right around 6pm, we had a great crowd in for the opening of 6x6x6! Look at that wall full of small works from over 50 artists! Everything is sooooo affordable and will fit so nicely in your home, even if it's a small apartment!

It was fun overhearing all the conversations admiring the art over the course of the evening, especially artists gushing over other artists' work?? It's so cute?? Lots of great discussion from artists about how they made their pieces and what inspired them, too. 🥰 

A good handful of works found homes opening night, so hurry in to see the show! While some buyers opted to let their piece stay on the wall until the end of the show, we're letting folks take pieces home immediately if desired, so there are already some blank spots! Don't wait!

POSTED opened this past Saturday and features 17 pieces by 12 artists, all using the same postage stamp-shaped wooden panel!

This is our second time giving a bunch of artists the same shaped surface to work on! It's great to see the variety of subjects and mediums represented and to see the collection together. Would one fit in in your home though? Claim one while you can, or else come in and see them before they're all split apart and mailed off to new places...

The Cats of Ballard 2026 opened this past Saturday! If you missed the opening reception, you still have a month to come see all the cats and maybe adopt a piece or two to take home? Maybe your favourite neighbourhood cat is up there, or maybe there's one that very closely resembles a cat you have at home?

Bits & Pieces opened this past weekend and is our biggest group show ever!

Featuring 37 artists, many local, our gallery wall is a full collage of beautiful and diverse collage works! There are so many different approaches to and explorations of collage work here; it's really inspiring! It was great to see so many collage artists come together for our opening reception, too.

Saturday was the opening reception and book release for this year's Stanza, our annual poetry and art collaboration!

The 2026 anthology theme was "growth," and features the work of over 60 creators from 13 states and 3 countries! Many of the included artists are local (and you can see their work on the walls!), but only a handful of the poets are -- and five of them joined us for the opening to read their work!

If you missed the opening, you still have a month to come in and see some of the original artwork! A few of the artists have also made prints available. The  full-color book is available both in-store and online!

ART-STROLOGY opened on Saturday, and it feels nice to have such a bright, colorful show on the walls after a(nother) rough week of news and current events.

Every piece is available as a 3-color Risograph print (aqua, flo pink, yellow) as well as a collected calendar with blank dates and blank days of the week, so you can use it for any year, and with whatever weekly format you prefer. Sunday-first? Monday-first? Want to be weird and start on Wednesday for some reason? You can do it!

Cheers to everyone who joined us last month for the opening reception of Stanza: Lost & Found, especially all of the wonderful poets who read their work! It's always lovely being able to see and hear artists present their work.

Many thanks for everyone's patience as we worked hard to assemble copies of the zine this year. It's always too easy to underestimate the amount of time it takes to print, cut, and assemble everything by hand, but we're so happy with how the zine turned out and hope you do too! There will only ever be 150 copies, so get one while we have them!
