Botanical Watercolor Painting with Maxx
Learn how to create beautiful botanical watercolor paintings with Maxx Follis-Goodkind. An add-on to the Botanical Sketching series or you can take it as an independent workshop. This class happens every other week on Thursday mornings 11am - 1pm. Please note that the April 13th class has been moved to Friday, April 14th.
Each class will focus on one type of plant and use a limited palette. Participants will receive a sampler of the colors to use for the class and to take home any leftover. All other materials are provided. You are welcome to bring your preferred brushes or to use our studio selection.
Join Maxx in-person at Push/Pull to learn about creating dynamic paintings and compositions through the placement of botanical elements and use of exaggerated lighting.
These in-person sessions are small-groups to help get everyone individual attention and assistance.
Masks, vaccination records, and other health/safety protocols may be required. Attendees will be notified in advance of any requirements.
